I've been thinking about changing my name too. I mean damn, yellow isn't even my favorite color anymore. Sounds kinda childish too. I did prefer BrokenRecord6299 as well, but a fresh start is always a good thing.

To me, I see a username change as a chance to start over. I was very immature as brokenrecord6299, and I made an abundance of terrible choices as UncleCubone. I really like UncleCubone, but I feel like I need one last clean slate. This time, whatever I do, I must stick with.
