i love the coloring and background work here. you do such an amazing job complementing these two elements, it's such a distinct skill over lots of art i see on this site!! fr well done -- that budding energy blast and the focus in the eyes are everything. you're really tapping into something special in yr art yk???

this is so cute! what a vibe

i'll say the perspective feels a little off here, like the depth is really shallow? for instance the grey bit doesnt really look like a raising or cut of the floor but it kinda makes it looks like a two-paneled image.

regardless, i still really enjoy this piece :)

I was going for a more Guy Davis Sandman Mystery Theatre with those hatchings tbh. I feel the darker spray to try and get that Mignola feel even more kinda failed, but the colors are kinda nice, a bit too soft although. Thank you for the kind words however!
