noticeably lacks a center lead or melodic phrase, but as backing, this is still cool!

Yeah, every track for this project was basically just a 61 second loop. It was a SFX heavy game, lots of jumping, platforming, power up noises, stuff like that. Figured the best way to do tracks was to have really lite but somewhat dynamic tracks, just some pads and a bassline.

Part of me is bummed it'll never really get released in full but I had a lot of fun recording the drums and bass for the whole thing.

I like the tension with this song! It holds its simmering pace pretty well as it progresses and evolves throughout. The transition at the 1:54 was really well-executed too I found. I wonder how the song might have sounded with just a little more melody variation, maybe toward the end, but I really did enjoy this! I'm surprised that it is a Christmas carol lol
